I don’t know who’s buying in your market, but I sure learned quickly who was buying in my market! I entered real estate in the history making buying frenzy in the Florida Panhandle in Panama City Beach, Fl. in 2021, getting a crash course into the psyche of five different buyer types. Find A Property’s Zone
The most common way is to look up the zone on a Zone/Land Use Map
You can access the available maps here

Holmes – Planning Map
The map should tell you the zone (R1, R2, etc.)
Type in the address of the property on the map, click on the pin and it will list the zone
The parcel will also have a color or pattern over it which also lets you know the zone
The maps are color coded so different colors or patterns means different zones/codes
If you don’t have an exact address go by the colors and patterns
